Our client is a leading supplier of process, filling and packaging technology to the beverage industry and food producers. They provide a comprehensive range of equipment, together with consultancy, design and planning services, backed up by in-house training and full service coverage for the U.K. and Ireland.
You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in terms of New Products and Market Development, as well as handling existing customers and must be able to build strong business relationships. The role will be based in the South of England, mainly covering the region but with some travel elsewhere in the UK as well as occasional European travel. Applications are equally welcome from experienced sales hunters with a proven track record of success or from a graduate calibre individual with technical engineering experience and some recent field sales exposure.
An engineering background
Strong interpersonal skills.
The ability to identify and win new business.
Computer literate, organised, able to prioritise and deliver results.
Strong communication skills, with face-to-face sales experience.
Self-motivated with drive to succeed.
A full UK driving licence.
