Profile

The successful sales manager will have:

  • Previous experience in account management and/or territory sales and display an attitude that is key to success.
  • Account management and relationship building
  • Excellent communication (inc. listening and negotiating skills)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent IT skills including comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Results orientated
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Industry experience
  • Previous B2B field sales experience or at the very least internal B2B sales experience
  • Ownership of customer relationship
  • Penetration of nominated customers
  • Development of target customers
  • Valid UK driving licence
