adam is changing how the public sector buys goods and services, giving local authorities and NHS bodies access to high quality products and services at better prices. We’ve done this by creating an innovative and disruptive web-based technology platform that is transforming commissioning and services delivery, making it easier and faster to provide end-to-end procurement. We build strong relationships with our clients to help them get the most out of our platform, tailoring our services to their operational and strategic needs.

We’ve had a remarkable growth since taking on our first contract in 2012, and we continue to reinvest our income and efforts into our technology and our people. We place a strong emphasis on learning and development for our employees, helping them to grow and succeed.

We are now looking to recruit a high calibre Business Development Manager who will help drive our business and customer acquisition strategy further. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly focused and ambitious sales professional, who is keen to play a key role in a successful growing business. We are revolutionizing how people buy quality services which in turn will improve the quality of life for millions of people.

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong track record in commercial/sales strategy development and execution. Experience of consultative selling of technology and/or service solutions is a must, as is superb communications and engagement skills. You will be intellectually robust, comfortable explaining complex information to clients, and a natural relationship builder. In addition to being emotionally intelligent, politically astute and entrepreneurial, you will be ambitious and passionate about growing our business.

Closing date for applications: Sunday 4th December 2016.
