As a result of sustained organic growth they are recruiting a Business Development Manager to join their UK sales team. The successful candidate will come from a B2B field sales background and be experienced in selling a packaging or packagin related solution into an agricultural/grower/packer customer base. Very importantly you will be adept in understanding the customer's business processes, and identifying where the introduction of bespoke products can provide direct and indirect cost saving through time and logistical efficiency.
Personal positivity, lateral thinking and an ethical long term approach are all traits that the successful candidate will need to demonstrate.
