A well established and fast growing property maintenance company are looking for a graduate full time intern to support Business Development. Applicant must have good organisation skills, written and verbal communication skills and be proactive.

This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various business development strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in business development and marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast paced work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Researching into new business opportunities/frameworks/projects within our industry
- Registering the company's interest in tendering for work
- Collating information for and complete RFI's (Return For Information) PQQ's (Pre-Qualification
- Questionnaire), ITT's (Instructions to Tender) and RFQ's (Request For Quotation) etc. in a timely manner and to the quality expected
- Effectively managing and updating the database to track the status of all bids
- General administration as required
- Checking drafts for readability, sentence structure, formatting, grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Ensuring the timely submission of tenders and other proposals
- Developing and maintaining a library of tender document templates
- Building and developing a quality business pipeline to continue the company's growth
- Dealing with various ad hoc duties

The successful candidate must have:
- excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
- high level of IT skills, including knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- excellent organisation skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- be a strong team player
