A leading blue chip business with a head office based in North Surrey is looking for a business development executive to join one of its divisional business streams. Joining a growing and developing team, the role enters the business as it continues to post exceptional growth year on year. The product is recognised by most people who are involved with managing and leading people.


To further develop this momentum the team that develops business with large businesses in turn has created this exciting, new opportunity. The role will work over the phone and face to face to sell the companies suit of products and services which are all people / HR related. It’s a great opportunity to further develop your B2B sales experience, in an environment that can offer support, training and bags of career development.

T apply you should have some consultative, solution based sales skills, developed in at least one b2b role.

You should be a team player, people-orientated with excellent listening and communication skill.

Ideally you will have experienced to degree level or equivalent and have some experience selling people related solutions. It is of great benefit if you have sold to HR professionals before. Most importantly you will be able to demonstrate a track record of over exceeding targets and delivering to commercial goals.
