Salary: £25,000 + uncapped commission

Who we are looking for: For this role, we are looking for an interest in social media, a basic understanding of marketing as well as a can-do will-do attitude. This role will be interfacing with future clients, so this person must be personable, confident and used to speaking with a wide range of people, with a wide range of interests. This is a sales role and therefore we want someone who loves selling, enjoys competition and can push on through hard times – the role is phone based, so again enjoying working on the phone is an absolute must have.
The role of the Business Development Executive sits within the commercial function, specifically within the Inside Sales team. The role’s primary function is to surface new business targets for the UK based Business Development Managers to take into a sales process and ultimately turn into subscribing clients.
This lead development is largely done through cold calling and networking. On a day-to-day basis your time will be fairly structured between lead generation, cold calling as well as training sessions. The objective of these calls will be to book in demos with potential clients within a particular area (i.e. agencies, brands or markets) and feed these leads to your team’s business development manager.
• 2: 1 Degree or equivalent from a Top 100 University • 6 months experience in Sales / Cold-calling preferred, otherwise a strong background or keen interest and desire to learn. • Excellent communicator • Positive attitude
