Our sales team really is at the heart of ensuring our world class service is delivered to every customer that visits our centres.

By joining our team of Business Development Executives means, you will support and guide each customer throughout their journey ensuring they have the very best experience with us.

In return for your hard work, we provide the opportunity of a long term career path working alongside our driven and dedicated team. On offer are exceptional opportunities for development, ongoing investment in Volkswagen brand training and a new approach to our Sales Executive reward scheme. This includes:

  • An above the industry average basic salary of £20,000 per annum
  • A non-target approach
  • A generous reward and recognition scheme with exceptional rewards for high levels of customer satisfaction.

About you

It's a fast paced and busy role, and as you are the key point of contact for customer visiting the centre, it's imperative that that customer excellence is at the heart of everything we do.
