This role will be working with a human resources service organisation who are striving to help deliver better performing workplaces. This role will sit within their sales team where you will be looking to maximise sales from existing customers as well as driving new business through generating leads and other sales activity.

My client is a growing human resources service organisation who are looking to improve workplaces through the use of a revolutionary piece of software designed to help with identifying strengths and weaknesses in the workplace to benefit businesses and build a more productive and high performing office.

Description

Your role as a Business Development Executive sales team to help drive forward existing business but mainly to build new business. The organisation has ambitious growth plans that they want you to be a part of. You will be part of a fast growing business in a broad market with very limited competitors give a huge opportunity to the right person to come in and really make their mark.

Duties of the role include:

  • Qualifying leads and setting up meetings with decision makers
  • Effectively working with the rest of the sales team to reach team goals
  • Expectation of 1 hour per day of outbound call activity
  • Attend meetings and network events in order to grow your own brand in the market place
  • Ensure all contact is kept up to date with through company CRM (Salesforce)
  • Identifying customer needs and coordinating responses to maximise sales
  • Working closely with all three core departments to ensure effective sale of the entire product offering

Profile

The Successful Business Development Executive will have:

  • A Proven track record in some form of outbound B2B sales
  • Ideally will have experience of selling into HR or Learning a development departments
  • background in selling solutions
  • Results driven and comfortable in a targeted environment
  • A proactive personality who want to find new opportunity's to sell and drive revenue
  • Great rapport and relationship building skills
  • Be organised and be able to deal with a challenging workload
  • An energetic and enthusiastic outlook on sales and generating new outbound business with clients
  • Be able to start in this role immediately

Job Offer

The successful Business Development Executive with receive

  • A Base salary of circa £30,000
  • Fantastic training and development opportunity
  • Working hours of Mon-Fri 9:00 - 5:30
  • Based in Wimbledon
