We have an exciting opportunity for an individual who is highly motivated with a proven track record within a target driven environment. The role of Business Development Executive is a new, full time, permanent role, pivotal to support the ambitious growth plans at CT Skills. Salary Band £22k to £30k - plus uncapped OTE. You will be working with businesses in and around the East Midlands, therefore a driving licence and access to a car is essential.

DBS clearance is also a requirement of this role.

The role

You will be proactively promoting CT Skills recruitment, training and development programmes through identifying, engaging and securing new business via outbound sales calls, presentations and face to face meetings and where necessary compiling proposals and presentations.

Developing and growing new pipeline to meet monthly targets and maintaining individual sales records and reports ensuring personal performance is in line with agreed KPIs, you will conduct Training Needs Analysis with the employer to devise effective training plans that provide business skills solutions.

The individual

You will be solution sales focused, used to working in a target driven environment and passionate about working with businesses to support their growth and development through people.

With proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders, you will have a pro-active can do attitude, excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

You will also be required to be a team player and work closely with colleagues across the business to support the ongoing development of the CT Skills brand and reputation locally, regionally and nationally with emphasis on our promoting our apprenticeship offer.

In-depth understanding of Government Funded training including Apprenticeship and Traineeships, or experience of working within similar work based learning organisations would be advantageous.
