An experienced Business Development Advisor is sought to work for a leading, quality focused training provider, to pro-actively make contact with new prospects across England and building upon established relationships. You will attract employers to work with their client's skills support service and secure training for their employees. This will predominantly be done through cold call telesales.
You will have a proven track record of providing expert advice to businesses by working with employers to understand the needs of their business, and complete a Training Needs Analysis, which leads to a bespoke package of training support.
Knowledge skills & experience:
They are looking for motivated people who are passionate about growing the business; ideally you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Experience in developing and maintaining effective working relationships with employers within relevant subject sectors areas for the purposes of apprenticeship and income generation - The ability to identify skills and training needs within specific businesses aligned with their specialist sectors. - Experience completing Organisational and Training Needs Analysis - Strong organisation & communication skills (verbal & written) - Being analytical and able to interpret data - Being influential, motivating & confident - Being logical & decisive - Being objective, flexible and independent
