This is an exciting opportunity to earn unlimited commission for a new and up and coming entrepreneurial business. This is a self employed position initially and as they grow there is the opportunity to join them permanently.
You will be generating sales by enticing Estate Agents to advertise their tenanted properties, that are for sale, on their site.
As well as an attractive commission structure, you can work from home and set your own hours. Their main aim for this position is to increase sales prospects and bring in new business. It is entirely up to you whether you work full time or part time.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities for the business - To present the business to potential clients through communication in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and emails - To actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; pitch; negotiation and close - To be responsible for ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored fully - Provide weekly reporting on activity and keep MD updated
