They now have an exciting opportunity for a Document Manager to join their bid team which is a recognised Centre of Excellence for Bidding and a trusted partner to Sales. This is a permanent, fulltime position based out of their Crawley offices.
As a Bid Document Co-ordinator, you will support the production of proposal (RFI, ITT, RFP) documents. Supporting virtual bid teams, you will deliver highly engaging compliant, professionally produced bids and presentations. You will carry out a broad range of bid support duties including monitoring portals for sales opportunities, maintaining SharePoint sites, proof reading and supporting client visits.
They are looking for someone who has previous experience working on tenders or bids, producing high quality and high impact proposals. With the ability to work to extremely tight deadlines, you will have a critical eye for detail and be able to thrive in a high-pressured environment.
A flexible individual who can think on their feet, and is able to ask for help if needed, you will be confident at working with a range of Microsoft suite and experience using design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) is desirable but not essential.
