We are a UK based manufacturer of custom textile solutions which means we manufacture stitched products to meet our customer's requirement. We were founded in 1948 and operate out of London where we have 50 employees and also have our own factory in Southern China with 250 staff. We operate in the Military, Medical, Personal Protection Equipment and Industrial sectors.
This is a national role and the candidate will be home based and therefore can live anywhere in the UK although they may be required to attend the office one day a week.
The B2B Sales Executive Role:
The prime function of this role is to seek and obtain new business, create new opportunities and increase revenue through new prospective customers. Strong closing skills are essential. This role requires a self starting attitude and highly organised. Dealing with clients at all levels in a confident manner and have the ability to grasp new opportunities as they are presented. The successful candidate should have drive and determination with a "can do" attitude and a proven track record of sales performance in a dynamic sales environment.
B2B Sales Executive Experience & Skills:
> Understand key clients needs and demonstrate a clear leadership in servicing the needs of client utilising products, services and knowledge.
> Qualify opportunities and utilise the companies resources to realise those opportunities.
> Analysis of financial data and controlling costs and pricing.
> Demonstrate account management, business acumen and control operations and supply chain to deliver the needs of the client.
> Demonstrate effective planning & organising off all departments in the delivery of the needs of the client.
> Manage and deliver successful projects on time whilst meeting and exceeding customers' expectations.
> Pro-actively generate new business opportunities, through one's own initiative and with the support and direction of the National Sales Manager and develop core propositions and generate new business leads.
> Follow up, support and action any potential new business with the client as directed by the National Sales Manager.
> Develop prospective new business within the clients portfolio on a regular basis.
> Generate a substantive sales opportunity pipeline and to achieve sales targets as defined by the National Sales Manager.
> Produce customer-specific proposals, and attend customer meetings and presentations, at all times.
> Manage the sales process from initial opportunity through to the securing of the client purchase orders and working with operations and supply chain to achieve successful delivery of key projects.
