For a change, let's start with what we are NOT. We are not a "low/no basic salary high commission hype" business, not a high pressure, volume call Sales company, nor an environment where false promises are made, but we also don't have the high staff turnover that often goes with all of that.

We have achieved that by recruiting fully employed and supported, but remotely based, experienced Sales Professionals - today, our entire workforce is based remotely. We are enjoy a collaborative team environment, but everyone benefits from the work/life balance that remote working brings, and other companies envy us for.
Here is some more about the Role:
- You work from your home office, but are employed and fully supported by us to save the time and hassle of commuting, and/or covering a "territory." Wherever you happen to be based now, your customer base is the whole of the UK.
- A great brand, unique product, and bespoke technology solutions. We have no shortage of referrals, repeat business, and existing Accounts that have great potential for full development.
- Whatever your current level of Sales expertise, we still give you all the tools and Training you need to succeed and offer an ongoing commitment to develop amazing technology that generates significant repeat business.
This is what we look for:
- A Sales track record where you can show you have achieved success, preferably through opening and developing professional B2B Accounts by telephone led contact.
- Our basic salaries and OTE figures are realistic and achievable, but we want individuals who not satisfied with simply a good basic salary. Being highly money motivated is not incompatible with Selling ethically and professionally!
- You must have an honest and sincere work ethic, and demonstrable integrity in your past Sales track record. We always take up full past work References on anyone we make a Job Offer to.
- As a practical requirement, you will need an area to work at home without distractions, and a good internet connection - we will sort out the rest!
Finally experience teaches us that our roles may suit Sales people who thrive in Field Sales or a lengthy Consultative Selling process environment - sorry, but that's not us!
