Our client is looking for an experienced Automotive/ Motor Trade Sales Manager

The successful candidate will need to hold previous experience as an Automotive Sales Manager working within a Main Dealership.

You will ideally live within the SP postcode area or be able to travel to Salisbury on a daily basis.

Essential requirements include:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Good organisational skills
The ability to work calmly under pressure and prioritise workloads
The ability to lead a team
Enthusiasm, ambition and self-motivation
A good understanding of accounts and report writing

You will be working for a very successful franchise that is growing very fast. The successful applicant will need to adapt to a high pressure and fast moving environment, whilst still maintaining approachability from both staff and customers. You will also need to ensure all management duties are completed at all times.

Salary is fully negotiable depending on your experience and can be discussed during the application process.
