THE ROLE: As Area Sales Representative your remit will be to cover Scotland and a small part of Northern England. Selling a range of industrial based products your market sectors will consist of industrial distributors and buying groups. The role of Area Sales Representative is centred mainly around account management and you will be charged with looking after about 300 accounts on your patch. Some new business development will also be required but new business leads are provided from the office team and a fully cleansed CRM system. The area of Scotland has potential for double digit growth and so this is an exciting role. Points of contact will vary from Director Level and Procurement to Distribution managers and their teams and in this role you will be dealing with these various levels in order to upsell through your account base.
