An ambitious Area Sales Manager / Territory Manager is required to drive increased revenues across London and the Western Home Counties for a long established, premium brand wooden flooring supplier.

SALARY: £35,000 - £40,000 basic

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: Bonus + Car / Car Allowance + Pension + 23 days holiday

LOCATION: Home based covering London (mainly West London) and Western Home Counties along M4 / M40 / M1 and A1M

JOB PROFILE:

As the Area Sales Manager / Territory Manager you will be selling a range of specialist Wooden Flooring solutions to the Interior Designer, Premium House Builder and Insurance Company Contractor sectors.

You’ll be given the freedom to develop sales as your experience demands. Initially, the role will be split 90% new Business / 10% existing account development but as the sales volume increases that will equalise and you will have the opportunity to grow and develop a sales team under you.

PERSON PROFILE:

To be considered for the role you MUST have a proven new business sales track record to the Interior Designer, Premium House Builder and / or Insurance Company Contractor sectors.

You will be practically minded but design lead and any knowledge of the flooring, screed and / or sub-flooring market would be desirable but is not a pre-requisite.
Above all you will have the drive and determination to take ownership of developing a territory with a long term view to building a new team.
Ideally you will be located on the M1 / M40 or M4 corridors and able to cover the West of London and the Western Home Counties.
