Area Sales Manager - Window Hardware - £33-35k + £8k + Car

The Role: The successful Area Sales Manager will be selling purely into OEMs, in the window and door manufacturing sector. This role is primarily looking after existing accounts, speaking to business owners, directors and buyers; you will also be involved with networking, promoting new products and demonstrations. Full company and product training is standard here for the new area sales manager as well as excellent ongoing opportunities to move into a key or regional account manager role with success.

The Company: Established over a century ago and with acquisitions contributing to their £100 million sales turnover, our client is now looking to recruit a new Area Sales Manager in the Midlands. They manufacture and distribute a range of hardware for windows and doors including locks and seals, offering the highest quality product on the market today.

For this Area Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong field sales skills
  • A track record of selling construction products to OEMs is essential
  • You will be highly driven with excellent relationship building skills
