Area Sales Manager - Construction Products - £35-39k + £6k + Car

The Role: The successful Area Sales Manager will be selling silicone coloured renders and external wall insulation products into plastering contractors, housebuilders and architects, with their products then being backsold via builders merchants. You will be responsible for getting their products specified and then working with project managers, as well as dealing with branch managers within the distribution sector. This role is biased towards account management and the new Area Sales Manager will receive full company and product training.

The Company: Established since the 1930's and being near the top of this competitive marketplace, our client is a hugely successful organisation with three separate divisions. They invest heavily in R&D and continually produce new and innovative products to ensure their success. They are currently seeking a new Area Sales Manager in the North East and Yorkshire area.

For this Area Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Field sales experience
  • You will have a track record of selling to contractors
  • Candidates may have sold for a manufacturer or merchant
  • Driven and proactive candidates are required

Benefits of this Area Sales Manager role:
  • £35,000 - £39,000 Base Salary
