The Role: Covering the North East, the successful Area Sales Manager will be calling on main contractors, housebuilders, sub-contractors and facilities management companies in the area. You will be speaking to foremen, purchasers, site managers and quantity surveyors in a role which a good mix of account management and business development.

The Company: With thirty five years of expertise behind them, this expanding organisation holds great market share. They hire access platforms including scissor & spider lifts, telescopic forklifts, mini cranes and mounted platforms, and now seek a new Area Sales Manager to be based from their Newcastle branch.

For this Area Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong field sales skills
  • You will come from a hire background, such as tools, portable accommodation or generators
  • Driven, hungry and structured sales people do well here
