Area Sales Manager - EPH & Associates Ltd

EPH & Associates are working on a project with highly reputable organisation who are recognised throughout the construction industry as a leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of Architectural Façade systems.

Due to growth, they actively recruiting for an Area Sales Manager covering the South East.

The Area Sales Manager will report to the National Sales Manager and is responsible for identifying and exploiting sales opportunities through targeted Main Contractor, Façade Contractor, Specifier, SHP, LA & ALMO accounts.

The Area Sales Manager will:

• Have a good working knowledge of the construction industry, preferably (but not essential) within insulation, external wall insulation\systems
• Be an enthusiastic, success hungry individual
• Be able to demonstrate technical sales ability
• Be able to work collaboratively
• Demonstrate good organisation, networking, planning and problem solving skills
• An excellent communicator with the ability to work within an entrepreneurial environment
• Make a key contribution to the business on an annual basis.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Specific responsibility for spearheading, coordinating and the management of sales activity
• Implementation of an annual Area Business Development Plan designed to ensure continued growth.
• Proactively identify and source new business opportunities through targeting Contractors and SHP's / LA's
• Provide technical and commercial support and advice to Contractor, SHP's and LA customers.
• Monitor and analyse market trend and activity
• Organising and attending exhibitions, conferences, customer presentations, seminars, etc....
• Delivery of sales activity in accordance with the agreed annual budget.
