Area Sales Engineer - Steam Solutions - £40-45k + 15% + Car

The Role: The area sales engineer will be selling steam and fluid management products to every industrial and process industry end user. Some of your time will also be spent with M&E consultants and contractors and OEMs and this role is largely based around account management although new business development activities are also involved. A comprehensive training program awaits the new area sales engineer here.

The Company: This market leading global organization has a reputation for excellence in the provision of products and services for steam and fluid management, and its dominance in design innovations is highly regarded. They manufacture components and systems including control valves, steam pumps, compressed air systems and heat exchangers and currently seek a new area sales engineer to cover the North West.

For this Area Sales Engineer position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Field sales track record
  • You will come from a technical solutions sales background, ideally having sold process control, steam products, boilers or valves for example
  • A higher level qualification or apprenticeship in engineering is essential
  • Professional and confident area sales engineers with a positive attitude are required
