The Role: The successful Area Manager will be responsible for managing a team of around 10-12 sales people who sell to doctors, solicitors, hospitals and charity shops with the aim of gaining referrals for their residential and nursing care homes, as well as dealing with consumers and their families. The role involves coaching, mentoring and leading your team, as well as handling your own sales quota. Full product and market training is provided and the new Area Manager will benefit from a lovely working atmosphere.

For this Area Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Strong field sales skills
You must have a track record of managing a team of around 10-12 reports
Superb rapport building and commercial skills, well-presented and highly organised

£42,000 - £45,000 Base Salary
+ £10,000 - £12,000 Commission
