They are seeking an Appointment Maker/Telesales Advisor to join their small and friendly team based in Leyland.
The ideal candidate will have previous telesales experience and be self motivated; above all you will have an outgoing and naturally enthusiastic nature. The position involves speaking to companies in order to make appointment for Sales Representatives based throughout the UK in order for them to sell advertising space on site maps which are located in key locations around hospitals and local towns.
As well as your basic salary, there is opportunity to earn commission on the amount of conversions the Sales Representatives complete from your appointment, and you also have the opportunity to increase this further by doing your OWN conversions! Current external sales conversions from telesales appointments is 34% which is much higher than the industry standard!
Hours of work are 9-5 with a 1pm finish on a Friday, however the client can be flexible with the hours subject to it fitting in with the business needs.
