My client are looking for a Account Manager - Utilities Sector to join their rapidly growing team.

The company is a start up, fully backed by a billion-Euro energy company. The company supply corporate gas and electricity contracts to big business via their relationship with brokers.

The need someone who can negotiate and proactively maintain these relationships.

Description

Your role as Account Manager - Utilities Sector will include the following:

  • Be the first point of contact for all client engagement;
  • Proactively manage and deliver a positive experience throughout the customer journey.
  • Maintaining accurate account information within the CRM system;
  • Ensure the timely and accurate billing of accounts, reviewing and resolving any exceptions that may occur;
  • Process customer payments and ensure accounts are reconciled accurately;
  • Work with our partners and agents to ensure the successful validation of data with central industry systems;
  • Validation of inbound invoices and arranging payment;
  • Various data entry and administration tasks;

Profile

The Account Manager - Utilities Sector will have:

- A keen interest in a career in sales/business development.

- An entrepreneurial spirit.

- Sales experience circa 6 months.

- Top education.

- Commutable to Hammersmith and Fulham.
