PhishMe is seeking a highly motivated individual to help expand its sales organization. As this is initially a 100% new business role (building on a couple of recent Italy account wins), we are looking for self-starters with solid technical skills and a proven track record of aggressively building pipeline and delivering revenue. This Position will focus on expanding PhishMe’s market share in Italy and the individual will ideally be based in or near London or near London Heathrow. This position will report to the VP Sales Europe.
Hands on experience in performing information security activities as well as an ability to effectively manage sales opportunities in IT security are critical for success in this role. This is a full time position working for PhishMe, Inc.

You will be responsible for exceeding quarterly and annual revenue goals to continue our explosive growth. The primary focus will be to sell PhishMe’s suite of email security solutions to the largest Enterprise accounts in Italy. You must have relationships with key decision-makers in information security departments across a variety of industries. You must also have experience developing opportunities from initial lead generation to product demonstrations and successful closure.
Critical skills include, prospecting, technical presentation and demonstration, pipeline management and a demonstrated ability to close. The position will require regular travel, as well as the ability to represent our company at events. Other duties may be assigned.

Expertise in managing sales opportunities from prospect to closure
Ability to provide live and web based solution demonstrations, often without sales engineering support
Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
Capability to present technical information to a variety of audiences
Demonstrated ability to forecast and manage information using SalesForce.com
Extensive contacts in the information security and/or security operations fields
Hands-on experience in providing information security services
Ability to manage multiple high priority tasks to successful completion
Ability to work in a fast paced, geographically dispersed organization
Ability to travel 40%
Language requirements: English and Italian to fluent business standard.
Working knowledge of Salesforce
Hands-on experience in social engineering testing and analysis
Hands-on experience in incident response and computer forensics
Hands-on experience with gateway mail filtering products
Experience as a presenter on information security topics at conferences and events
3 Year Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree preferred
4-6 years successful field sales experience in sales of information security services and products
