Account Manager  – £35-40K – Northern UK

The Role

Are you an animal lover looking to get involved in a booming business? This is your chance to join a company at the start of something huge and really be involved in it’s success. Virtual Recall is looking for a highly motivated, authoritative professional to take on the role of Account Manager.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening relationships with key account customers, as well as growing the customer base within veterinary practices in the Northern half of the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, executing and analysing monthly marketing initiatives
  • Quickly gain an understanding of the market and sell the USP of iRecall brilliantly
  • Producing creative and relevant marketing content to engage and grow audience
  • Supervising exhibitions and events
  • Developing and managing important relations to develop mutual campaigns and branding

The Person

 

The key skills and responsibilities of an Account Manager:

  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing key accounts
  • Accepts that the role will be part field based, part telesales, primarily working from home
  • Knowledge of the Veterinary industry and track record of selling to practice
  • Ability to develop and manage long-term customer relationships
  • Ability to identify customers’ critical business needs and ability to satisfy them
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to travel – day site visits will be required.  Occasional overnights away whilst attending sales meetings, exhibitions and visiting major accounts
  • Full, clean driver’s license
