This company is looking for a full time Account Manager to be working at the Offices/Warehouse in London SE16.
This company provides bespoke, creative, and flexible modular staging hire and tiered seating solutions for a wide range of events and productions. This can be anything from small stage hire to 1000 seat auditoriums. As a company, they pride themselves on great service, and a high quality finished product. They are looking for someone who is friendly with good people skills and an ability to communicate well.
Main Responsibilities of role include:
- Dealing with customer enquiries - Preparing quotes and liaising with clients, warehouse and drivers - The ideal candidate would have experience working in a busy office with the ability to handle multiple enquiries at one time, general office administration such as filing, scanning, invoicing etc - Previous experience with stock control - AutoCAD/SketchUp software is a bonus
- Deals with enquiries via phone and email. - Conducts client liaison. - Taking payment for jobs via card and checking BACs payments have come through. - Produces quotes and drawings (AutoCAD/SketchUp) in line with company guidance and policy. - Keeps track of project costs and related budgeting. - Keeps track of stock to prevent shortages. - Responsible for ensuring contracts are fulfilled to customer requirements. - Responsible for reviewing and accepting work depending on the workload of the organisation. - To assist the MD/PM's with sales/hire enquiries. - Assisting the general manager in the fulfillment of his/her duties - Invoicing all opportunities and projects for the company once a week. - Monthly Sales Report for the company to be sent out to the team. - Filing of delivery/collection notes and completed invoiced jobs and projects.

Working hours: The basic working week is 8am - 5pm.
