Account Manager required for the West Midlands – Finance, Insurance, Motor Industry, Automotive
£35K guaranteed first year earnings
An excellent opportunity is now available for an experienced Account Manager to join an established international company who manufacturer aftermarket products within the Automotive industry.
To deliver profitability growth by increasing the product ranges through existing clients and achievement of new accounts within the allocated area;
To maintain key relationships with the clients;
To deliver agreed targets;
To manage the development of business lines, through delivery of business objectives via Clients and Trainee Account Managers;
To promote continual business improvement;
To support Trainee Account Managers by inductions and training programmes;
Required skills and experience:
A minimum of 3 years Account Management experience within Finance/ Insurance/ Banking/ Motor Trade or other related industries;
Sound knowledge of Profit, Motor Trade, Product delivery methods;
Knowledge of P&I account management and distribution;
Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills;
Excellent presentation skills and the confidence to carry out 1:1 or group training sessions;
Self- Motivated and able to work in a field-based role.
