Account Manager

Account Manager / Sales Executive / Sales / Customer Service / Client Relationship / B2C / OTE £30k

Account Manager with a degree, or 1-3 years experience in account management / sales is needed for our client, one of Europe's fastest growing and exciting startup companies. They believe that care should happen at home and are building the alternative to Care Homes for the elderly and their families across the UK and Europe. They are looking for an exceptionally talented and driven Account Manager to help them continue their momentum in their London office.

They are a tight-knit, talented London based team, backed by some of Europe's leading investors, having raised a Seed and Series A round in the last 9 months, and they have experience of founding many start-ups.

Responsibilities:

Customer acquisition is the beating heart of the business and the ultimate platform for growth. Your work will be diverse, challenging and highly rewarding as they scale the business across the UK and Europe. You'll be expected to roll your sleeves up and make an impact from day one.

An entrepreneurial and analytical spirit is essential in this role and those who have it will be given ample scope to take control and really shape the future of the business.

Examples of job responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to:

  • Working closely with the new business team to ensure smooth customer transition onto platform
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Being the pivotal role between sales, operations, carers and families to ensure all parties are engaged, informed and satisfied.
  • Providing feedback to the operations and product teams to help improve both customer and supply products.
  • Using a transferrable skill set allowing seamless movement from sales to operations

Requirements:

  • Graduate, OR 1-3 years account management / sales experience
  • Natural ability to build strong rapport
  • KPI driven
  • Driven to go over and above on a regular basis
  • Experience using Salesforce preferred but not essential

Salary: £24,000 per annum, uncapped commission, OTE £30k
