Account Manager – 30-40K + uncapped commission – City of London

The Role

An exciting, high growth tech start-up is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team based in the City of London. The business is looking for an innovative, entrepreneurial Account Manager to come on board and head up their client retention and customer success division. You will be solely responsible for maintenance of existing accounts as well as discovering potential for increasing revenue.

This commercial role will be an exciting mix of being in the office securing sales strategies and communicating with stakeholders and building client relationships in meetings outside of the office.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing existing accounts with large corporates and renewing contracts
  • Upselling within existing accounts
  • Daily point of contact and key problem solver for accounts
  • Relaying ideas and feedback to the product team to increase sales
