We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join our team.
What will you be doing?
As an Account Manager, you will spend most of your day on the telephone, phoning businesses that are currently recruiting. On your calls you will be introducing our unique recruitment service, explaining the benefits and answering any questions. You will then be progressing the enquiring, completing sales and organising follow-up calls.
What experience do I need?
You will need experience selling to businesses and managing relationships with decision makers. You must be comfortable with calling businesses who aren't familiar with us and introducing our service.
What skills do I need?
You will need to be confident talking to new people and will need a good telephone manner. You will need to be persistent and able to build up a rapport with lots of different people every day. This is not a call centre job, but you will need to make a reasonable amount of outbound calls every day. You will need to work on your own initiative and whilst you will receive leads and prospects, occasionally you will need to find your own prospects. We are looking for ambitious candidates who will be accountable for their own performance.
What will I receive?
In return, you will receive a competitive basic salary of £17,000 to £20,000 plus an OTE of £25,000 - £30,000. In addition, you will be working in a relaxed, small business and will receive full and ongoing training. This role is working 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. There is no weekend work, you won’t work bank holidays and you will receive 25 days paid holiday every year.
