This rapidly expanding growing, mainly own label food business are looking for an Account Manager to join their dynamic sales team focused on a top 4 grocery retailer, to which they are a key supplier, with a view to exceptional training, development and career progression.
The role can be flexed to suit a candidate's level of experience, but will offer full P&L responsibility and would best suit someone with some existing national accounts experience.
It is also essential to be highly driven, ambitious and have desire to develop with the business.
Responsibilities will include:
*Joint business plans
*Build & maintain relationship with key customer
*Work cross functionally with other areas of the business, i.e. category management
*Be eligible to work in the UK
*Be degree educated, or equivalent calibre
*Be able to drive in the UK
*Have 12+ months of FMCG related industry (preferably office based) sales/national accounts experience
*Computer literate, particularly MS Excel
*Have a desire to work hard
*Strong communication/interpersonal skills
*Be highly ambitious and driven
*Have strong commercial accumen
