They are currently looking to recruit an Account Manager to join their talented and enthusiastic team.
They are a successful and expanding digital healthcare company; developing innovative marketing solutions for large and medium sized Pharmaceutical companies in the UK, US and across Europe. Based in Green Park, Reading, they are looking for an account manager to help support, develop and optimise their accounts.
You will enjoy a diverse role which includes developing and maintaining business relationships, assisting project delivery and travelling to meet clients.
You will be taking the lead and supporting on select accounts, guiding a small team and helping the business grow through new and organic business development.
- Managing allocated clients
- Participating in new business activity
- Preparing, running and providing appropriate follow-up for all allocated client meetings
- Monitoring client programme delivery against the agreed scope of work and cost estimate
- Yearly account planning and day-to-day financial tracking of projects
- Creating proposals and quotes and following-up on business opportunities
- Managing junior team members
- Degree Level Education - Life Sciences preferable
- Effective listening, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills
- Experience of working with digital media
- A passion for improving healthcare with innovative use of digital tools and media
- A good understanding of the NHS and pharmaceutical sales and marketing
