Account Manager
Job Purpose/Summary:
The Account Manager (AM) is a key member of the Business Unit management team and is responsible for building and developing the relationship between Ochre House and a key Client,
to ensure clients optimise the value of Ochre House services and to maximise the clients value to Ochre House.
The AM designs, manages and executes the resourcing strategy, integrating resourcing practices and processes with the clients broader Talent Management strategy to enable the client to attract, engage, develop, retain and exit talent to ensure business goals are met.
Key Accountabilities:
Manages on-site delivery team to ensure performance / quality standards are met / exceeded working to key KPIs
Conducts appraisals and development plans for the team
Ensure team are working to the Client SLAs
Drive management reporting for client and Ochre House
Act as escalation point for the business to ensure client satisfaction
Builds effective long term relationships with key stakeholders within the client
Working with the Delivery Team to plan and implement resource strategies for the client and ensuring agreement to Recruitment Plans and budgets
Develops and implements Account Plan to ensure the client achieves the optimum value from Ochre House services and to maximise the value of the client to Ochre House
Develops and manages Ochre House Service Excellence Programme
Looks for opportunities for growth within existing client base
Utilising direct sourcing methods through the Delivery Team to leverage profitability for Ochre House

What we are looking for:
Strong experience within a highly commercial, customer facing role
International Experience
Ideally you will have experience within Engineering
Recruitment experience ideally both in-house and agency recruitment
Team management experience ideally Senior Recruiters
Change management experience
Business Process re-engineering
Account development
Consultancy
Project management
An understanding of the different attraction methods and how and when to use them
An understanding of different selection & assessment tools/techniques and how and when to use them
Relevant industry sector experience & an understanding of business/recruitment drivers
and the chance to use own initiative, ability to work to tight deadlines
