		<description>There aren&#039;t too many survey&#039;s published specifically about sales professionals - so this is really good piece of research - well done the guys at Aaron Wallis!!!  The work-life balance findings are interesting: 79% of us working over 50 hours a week!  It therefore makes sense to keep reminding ourselves that we need to work SMART.  Tim Ferriss (a productivity master) makes a good point about 20% of our activity leading to 80% of our business.  So I guess the moral of the story is: focus on that 20% and hopefully there will be no need to work these kind of hours. Being organised with this info before the final interview will be crucial to your success and will also make the whole experience more fun:)</description>
